I have been a customer of Timmons Auto & Truck Repair for the past decade. Dave and Darren have provided excellent care for my 38 ft. American Eagle diesel pusher motor home, our Ford Explorer, our Jeep Grand Cherokee, our Mercedes C230 and Mercedes SL500. Timmons provides great value in terms of pricing and quality of service. They stand behind their work and are quick to address any issues that may arise with any of the work they perform. I recently had front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced on my Mercedes SL 500 at a cost that was less than the Mercedes dealership but stil using genuine Mercedes replacament parts. Lisa keeps Dave and his crew in line and maintains a professional front office environment.

Jim you really are a star client and have so enjoyed being of service to you and your family over the past decade + and look forward to many more years. It's really nice to have the complete trust (both ways) and knowing that we can always count on you too. It makes our job so much easier and more efficient. We always do our best for our clients and try to keep costs as low as possible, while providing the best customer service that we can. We really value you opinion.

I had an entire suspension system overhauled. The service on my car and customer care was outstanding! She drives like brand new. My only concern was the cost of parts. I am not sure which parts supplier was used but, the prices seemed high. This will not preclude me from bringing my car back for service. I am a very satisified customer; and a repeat customer. Well done!
