Oh my! We are a senior community in Walnut Creek and have been long time customers. 2-3 weeks ago we brought our bus in for a new alternator and all went fine. Yesterday we had a full bus going to the Oakland Zoo and the battery light came on halway to our destination. Oh My! We continued on to the Zoo, let the residents off and returned to Walnut Creek with our fingers crossed. Your group ordered the part, brought it i,n got it on and had us back on the road before 1:40pm with the Driver back to the Oakland Zoo at 2pm for pick up. Because of your efforts our day was saved and the residents were elated! No one tell when a part will be faulty, and you guys took care of it in an excellent and professional manner!Thank you, Timmons!!!

Only 1 things seems wasn't fixed. That is the rear springs. As soon as I opened it for the first time it broke again. It is not installed properly. I'm concerned about it too b/c I am afraid it is going to fall on my dog as he gets in or out. Can I bring it back to have it done properly? Thanks.

My exsperence with your repair facility was very good . Rodney your service writer was great. I don't no what you are paying him but I'm sure it's not inuff . I will send many referrals . I've been in the RV retail service for 21 years

All of the staff are courteous and knowledgeable professionals. They take time to ensure they understand the problems presented and give estimates that are realistic. The repaired vehicle is ready in a timely manner and a complete description of all repairs is summarized before the customer leaves with their vehicle. I brought in my car for a minor issue, but was concerned due to increased travel in the future through mountainous areas. Rodney had been recommended to me through a neighbor and I would highly recommend him to anyone else as well. He and the terrific team at Timmons Auto provided excellent and timely service in a welcoming and friendly manner. They went above and beyond, checking other things that I hadn't known to be an issue. We ended up paying less than what had been estimated to us, which was indeed a bonus. If I lived in this area permanently, I would definitely take my car to Timmons for all it's auto repairs.
