As always, it is a pleasure having my work trucks serviced by Timmons. They are responsive. They take my vehicles within days if not hours when I call about an issue. Their competent staff professionally communicates to me exactly what is going on with my vehicles in a way that I can understand it. Their final price is within dollars of their estimates. I find this impressive! In addition to their professionalism, they care about me and my vehicles. I must say I have been annoyed the last few times for two reasons. One when I bring my vehicle in there is an attitude with regard to diagnosis. The problems are over diagnosed then I'm asked to sign something stating the problem may not be fixed. Kind of a lack of confidence thing. This makes my experience uncomforitable and worriesome. Rodney did not check past service records and tried to sell work I did not need. If he had checked the reords he would have seen the work had already been done. Blind sales approach nobody likes. Over all a good freindly experience. Seems honest, but red flag on the sales technique and lack of confidence on the diagnosis and repairs made. I was told at least three or four times to check coolant level over the phone and given a large hand written note reminding me again. That was annoying and gives me a lack of faith in the diagnosis and repair process of Timmons. When mistakes are made and they are they always do there best to make it right with me.

All work done in a timely manner, as well as the service and overall experience were excellent.
